Our weekly cycle is from Wednesday 10H00 to Friday 12H00. Choose to subscribe to our weekly newsletter to remain updated regarding specials, new products and general information.
All orders need to have been placed by Friday 12h00 and the proof of payment thereof emailed to us by 12H30 so that we can start processing and give our farmers enough time to prepare for the harvest of your orders, which will be delivered to you on the following Tuesday.
Due to the surreal times we are currently experiencing, we no longer have a collection option. Your order will be delivered to the address you provide as your shipping address.
Your order will be delivered to the address you provide on the following Tuesday. Please remember to indicate in the comments section during the checkout process if you prefer your delivery scheduled for 11H00 - 14H00 or 14H00 - 18H00. We will do our best to accommodate! A delivery fee will automatically be added to your order. The fee differs for various areas, the Windhoek City delivery rate is N$50.00. We sucessfully courier orders nationwide. Please contact us to find out how you can receive your Organic Box order in another town. Delivery is normally overnight and your farm fresh produce will reach you on the Wednesday.

You will receive an email with a provisional Organic Box invoice that will include our banking details if you have chosen the EFT payment option.
- Payment for orders is required before delivery.
- We do not accept cash or credit/debit cards.
Our Namibian farmers work around the clock and do their utmost best to provide everything that has been ordered but alas, Mother Nature is boss and time and again reminds us of her rank. Crops are lost due to the elements and unfortunately we will have to disappoint you. We will either replace it with a similar item of equal or more value or reimburse you in the form of a credit voucher code to use with your next order or via EFT. If it is due to human err, we will remedy it soonest!
While every attempt is made to list and sell only the best quality produce or product available, on a really busy day an inferior product can slip through the cracks. In order for us to issue you with a replacement or refund for a disappointing product, please do contact us send us a photograph of the product and let us know when you received it and what exactly is wrong with it.
A lot of our produce is certified organic or organic in conversion, but not all of it.
It is a long process to become a certified organic farmer. Certified organic suppliers / products will be acknowledged as such alongside the supplier name / product in the description in the online shop. If it is not stated, then it is not certified organic.
We do however take great care in trying to only list the best quality and healthiest products that are available. We support our local Namibian Farmers and Namibian Enterprises as far as possible. We encourage our suppliers to not make use of any synthetic fertilzers, pesticides or herbicides or use such ingredients in the processed products that are listed.
Organic Box’s product offering is our attempt at offering you an easy and affordable means to access local and when not available locally imported products that are commonly regarded to form part of a healthy, natural lifestyle as opposed to an unhealthy, fast and convenience food-based one.
When placing your order, ensure that you are solely responsibility for such decision, and that you absolve Organic Box from any liability due to unforeseen or undesirable results or consequences that arise from your purchase, use and/or consumption of any of the products that you have purchased from our online store.

When choosing to have your order delivered VIA COURIER SERVICE - Please be mindful of the fact that certain products are not recommended to be sent via courier eg. raw milk is not advised as it needs to be maintained at a constant temperature.

Please note that the receiver is liable to pay all courier costs incurred.
Please also bear in mind that should the Wednesday be a Public Holiday, your order will be kept safe and will only be dispatched on Thursday and arrive on Friday.
