Just start with choosing the products you’d like to get, follow the route to "Checkout", register as a customer (or login if you already have an account) and choose your payment option.
Please keep our weekly cycle in mind ... our farmers and producers need a bit of time to process your order!
Our weekly order cycle is Tuesday to Friday 12H00. Choose to subscribe to our weekly newsletter to remain updated regarding specials, new products and general information.
All orders need to have been placed by Friday 12h00 and the proof of payment thereof emailed to us by 12H30 so that we can start processing and give our farmers enough time to prepare for the harvest of your orders, which will be delivered to you on the following Tuesday. Upon the completion of placing your Organic Box order and accepting our terms and conditions, you are responsible for payment of your order.
Due to delays in your payment reflecting on our bank statement, you may receive your order before we receive payment for it. Any order for which payment is outstanding is a debt to Organic Box until such time that it has been settled in full.
Where and when can I collect my order?
Collection is from 12h30 until 15h30. For your convenience, we have a collection point in Eros and another in Suiderhof, please select the one that is most convenient for you to collect from and contact us for a location pin or anything further regarding the collection of your order.
How do I receive my order via delivery?
Your order will be delivered to the address you provide on the following Tuesday. Please remember to indicate in the comments section during the checkout process to request a delivery and also advise if you prefer your delivery scheduled for the morning slot (before 13H00) or the afternoon slot (13H00 - 15H30). We will do our best to accommodate! You would need to add the N$75,00 delivery fee to your order total when effecting payment for the Windhoek City area. The fee differs for various areas. We sucessfully courier orders nationwide. Please contact us to find out how you can receive your Organic Box order in another town. Delivery is normally overnight and your farm fresh produce will reach you on the Wednesday.
If I have missed the Friday 12H00 deadline, can I still receive an Organic Box order?
We live to serve, so feel free to contact us by no later than Friday 17H00 to find out if it is possible!
You are kindly requested to effect payment and email your proof of payment to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as soon as possible after having placed it (by latest 12H30 on the Friday) so that we can allocate your payment accordingly and conclude your order. (Your Bank's auto-email does not always reach us)There is a ton of back of house admin that needs to be done as soon as the online shop closes as we have deadlines to meet with our farmers in order to ensure that you receive your order.
You will receive an email with a provisional Organic Box invoice that will include our banking details if you have chosen the EFT payment option.

- Payment for orders is required before delivery.
- We do not accept cash or credit/debit cards.
When is the latest I can change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before 13H00 on Friday via an email sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Your cancellation is only accepted as such once you receive an email confirming the same. Ever so often emails end up in our SPAM folder therefore in the event that you do not receive an email that confirms your cancellation of order, please call 0812599027 to ensure that your order has been cancelled before 13H00 on Friday.

Our Namibian farmers work around the clock and do their utmost best to provide everything that has been ordered but alas, Mother Nature is boss and time and again reminds us of her rank. Crops are lost due to the elements and unfortunately we will have to disappoint you. We will either replace it with a similar item of equal or more value or reimburse you in the form of a credit voucher code to use with your next order or via EFT. If it is due to human err, we will remedy it soonest!

While every attempt is made to list and sell only the best quality produce or product available, on a really busy day an inferior product can slip through the cracks. In order for us to issue you with a replacement or refund for a disappointing product, please do contact us send us a photograph of the product and let us know when you received it and what exactly is wrong with it.
A lot of our produce is certified organic or organic in conversion, but not all of it.
It is a long process to become a certified organic farmer. Certified organic suppliers / products will be acknowledged as such alongside the supplier name / product in the description in the online shop. If it is not stated, then it is not certified organic.
We do however take great care in trying to only list the best quality and healthiest products that are available. We support our local Namibian Farmers and Namibian Enterprises as far as possible. We encourage our suppliers to not make use of any synthetic fertilzers, pesticides or herbicides or use such ingredients in the processed products that are listed.
Organic Box’s product offering is our attempt at offering you an easy and affordable means to access local and when not available locally imported products that are commonly regarded to form part of a healthy, natural lifestyle as opposed to an unhealthy, fast and convenience food-based one.
When placing your order, ensure that you are solely responsibility for such decision, and that you absolve Organic Box from any liability due to unforeseen or undesirable results or consequences that arise from your purchase, use and/or consumption of any of the products that you have purchased from our online store.
We particularly draw your attention to take into consideration any allergic reactions, possible effects of certain foodstuffs on the active ingredients of medication, sensitivities and intolerances, and specific nutritional requirements that you may have depending on your genetics, age, body type, metabolism, hormone balance to mention but a few.
When making a decision about your nutrition, health and wellbeing, it should be a well informed one preferably from a reputable medical and wellness professional who is licensed to advise and treat you.

When choosing to have your order delivered VIA COURIER SERVICE - Please be mindful of the fact that certain products are not recommended to be sent via courier eg. raw milk is not advised as it needs to be maintained at a constant temperature.

Please note that the receiver is liable to pay all courier costs incurred.
Please also bear in mind that should the Wednesday be a Public Holiday, your order will be kept safe and will only be dispatched on Thursday and arrive on Friday.
Organic Box's responsibility ends once your order has been collected by the courier service provider.
