The product comes in two bottles - a powder and a liquid - totalling 850 grams. This serves as a once a month treatment for a 50,000 litre pool. Environmentally friendly, economical and very effective.

Treatment for black and green algae.

A neglected pool may need a double-dose to start off, but this will effectively kill the algae and clear the water within a few days. Black algae will disappear over a few weeks, and should be brushed off the walls. (Chlorine does not kill algae, only bleaches it; this is why during a storm the chlorine is drawn from the water and the algae is once again visible, turning the water green.)

Activator D Instructions

IMPORTANT: Your water pH should be between 6.8 and 7.2

1. Backwash your pool.
2. Disconnect your pool cleaner hose from the weir. If you have a pool cleaner.
3. Set your valve to filter and start your pool pump.
4. Pour the contents of the bottles into the weir and see the liquid and powder pulled into the system. If you have a pool smaller than 50 000L, consider using less activator d proportional to the size of your pool. e.g. for a 25 000L pool use only half of each bottle.
5. Turn off your pool pump and reconnect the pool cleaner hose. If you have a pool cleaner.
6. Resume the normal pool pump and cleaning cycles.
7. Watch your pool clarify!

Will activator D keep my jacuzzi (spa) free of algae?

Absolutely! Just add just a tablespoon from each bottle of the activator D duo, and the water in your jacuzzi or spa bath will turn clear in front of your eyes!
