Pure Soaks Premium Grade Epsom Salt is sustainably sourced from naturally occurring underground deposits in Germany. Pure Soaks Epsom Salt is the highest FCC Food Grade Quality. Nothing artificial has been added and no modifications have been made in any way. Magnesium Sulphate traditionally has a wide range of therapeutic uses and is said to help relieve muscle aches and joint inflammation. It can also be used for relaxation, stress relief and cleansing and soothing body and soul.
Warming and relieving, Ginger and Black Pepper essential oils combined with the power of Manuka gently soothe sore muscles and joints. Rich in anti-inflammatory properties, this blend is ideal for use after exercise, a hard day or simply any time you’re feeling a little achy.

- Epsom Salt, Ginger Oil, Black Pepper Oil, Manuka Oil

Directions:
- As a soak: Pour salts in warm, running bath water of 37-39 degrees Celsius. For general well-being add ½ or 1 cup; for tired & sore muscles 2-4 cups. Add 3-4 drops of oil. Soak for 20 minutes, letting the minerals absorb through the skin. Enjoy.
- As an exfoliator: Mix a handful of Epsom Salt with your favourite oil or body wash, gently massage onto wet skin, and rinse well. Soaking Tip. Remember to stay hydrated. Rinse off before getting out of the bath.
