A deliciously creamy soup made with roasted cauliflower, roasted onions, garlic, homemade vegetable stock and finished with a touch of cream. The roasted onions give this soup its beautiful golden-brown colour and add a wonderful depth of flavour. Perfect for a light lunch or cosy dinner, served with fresh crusty bread.

Heating Instructions: Defrost overnight in the refrigerator or gently from frozen. Heat slowly in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Do not boil. Alternatively, microwave in a suitable container, stirring halfway through heating. Enjoy!

Sold frozen - simply heat and enjoy!
